With the warming sun comes spring growth and the earth
laughs in flowers. Pottery artist Natalie Thomas has created unique ways to
capture that beauty and bring the garden into your home. For smaller flowers
and buds she has wheel thrown mini-vases.
Clustered together, these vases make a stunning floral display.
Natalie
has found a perfect way to reuse canning jars by creating a hand built,
textured jar flower frogs. This is a fun,
easy way to hold your flowers in place when creating a floral arrangement.
Natalie’s HERE COMES THE SUN wheel-thrown
garden bells will grace the air with soft pleasing sounds as you work outside
in your garden.
Entertaining in the
garden is a joy during the summer and Natalie’s garden inspired platter and
bowl combo will be the perfect background for your culinary delights. The
platter is hand built with carved veining and the bowl is wheel thrown, cut and
altered to resemble a flower.
Natalie has great idea’s and the skill to make them into
reality. She is owner of the Potter’s
Obsession on South Kansas City where she will be happy to teach you how to work
with clay focusing on wheel throwing. More
