Choose your snowmen from a selection of cast paper ornaments. Pick a holiday phrase for the center and the painting begins. Then come the glitter snow and assembly on a fun cord. This garland is perfect to hang across a window, over a doorway, across a mantel or to drape on your tree. Fun for all ages!
