Nancy works with me in the art department at The Printery House.  One common interest we share is in the making of jams and jellies.  I am pretty much a jam freak but Nancy really loves the clarity of a well-made jelly and the resulting beautiful natural colors unique to each.  She makes the usual stuff but enjoys trying new varieties as as well.  Today she brought in these jellies made from lilacs. The darker color is made with purple flowers and the lighter champagne, from white lilacs.  The jelly tastes just like the flowers smell!  Yum..........
