She's been on every side of the business – starting as a waitress, learning what customers like, and working her way up to restaurant management and ownership roles. But it's hard to keep Nina out of the kitchen. She began marketing salsa, and then started a manufacturing business to support the products she was producing.
Nina spends her days cooking and her daughter Rosina (right), services 75 stores in a 4-state radius.
